I was born 10/27/65 on a Wed. at 11:07 am PST, which is 2:07 pm EST.

I'm going to see what this method determines.

I would have Monad Ray 2.

I would have Soul Ray 3, which is very common.

And I do have Sagittarius rising.

I would have personality Ray 3 Active Intelligence, Saturn.

but I'm a Scorpio...

My Mental Ray would be Ray 6 Devotion/Idealism.

I'd have Astral Ray 5 Knowledge.

I'm pretty convinced I have Ray 6 though.
