Simple Meditation Technique for CKR
With the following technique, you can focus on the symbol and use this simple focus to meditate with the CKR.
- Print or paint the CKR symbol and hang it in front of you. If you wish, you can simple visualize the symbol with your eyes closed.
- Sit down in front of the symbol, relax and breath gently, yet naturally. If you’re visualizing the symbol, just relax and breath gently.
- Focus on the symbol and remain in this state of focus for the next 5 to 15 minutes. Allow the energy of this Reiki symbol heal you in any way best for you.
- When you’re done, stand up and move on with your daily tasks.
This is a simple technique of meditating with this Reiki symbol. If you wish, you can also learn how to chant the symbol – similar to what Buddhist monks do :).
