Healing (done prior to report and reading your question):

I sat down and your higher self was eagerly awaiting and arrived even before I started. My almost 3 year old came into the room as I was about to start and included his energy too, to bring in your inner child that needed healing. Then he left the room. I saw you standing in a cellar/basement covered in dust.

Dust all around you, in the air. I did a Big Sweeping of the floor. To create a new foundation for you to stand upon and build upon. The old no longer suits you or is in alignment with you. The angels had me listen to angelic meditation music, this is recommended for you. I swept the floor in the cellar and there was dust all around you. It took two mighty gusts from me to clear it out of the air around you. Once I did I saw you in light, surrounded by sunlight and light. I activated your higher chakras. I attuned them to each other and activated this process for you. You are healing your divine masculine, and the world needs the gentle man that you are. Never forget this or try to be that which you are not. You have struggled with this, and this has been healed for you too. The world (I feel love from your high heart) you, just the way you are. No more hiding in the basement. Time to shine beloved!

Yes beloved, we are here we are your guardian angels. Know that you are safe and protected, regardless of any chaos AROUND YOU (those capped on their own). You are the beacon of light. A light house. But, not a life jacket. Remember that dear one (feel love from you again/joy). (wow! Your high heart is opening). Yes, your high heart is opening, along with your other divine chakras that have been activated by our dear Sabina. She has activated this and swept the slate clean for you dear one. No more need to dwell in the past. About anything. The future is bright and so are you. Yes, crystals. What Sabina sensed in the healing is your affinity with crystals. It is advised you begin to use them and meditate with them.

Begin with clear quartz. And go from there. The rest will find you. Do not second guess, just select that which makes your heart skip a beat. That is the way of the future Now beloved. Yes, we will answer this. The pain is from not living in your joy beloved. This blocking manifests in  physical pain as a warning and message from your body that there is resistance. Do not resist what brings you joy dear one, and leave all that (wow lots of energy coming into me from this statement) does not bring you joy. You have felt lethargic for you think you must do the tasks. Life is not about tasks dear one, not any more. A new era is being ushered in by the divine beings, and you are part of this. Yes, you are a starseed from Sirius B (google it. Me too!) and from Venus. You are a mix of divine feminine and divine masculine. Once you embrace this, you will feel more aligned with your true self, this is occurring for you Now dear one. All is well, we love you infinitely and all-ways. Blessed be dear one.
