Crown - Purple/Violet/White

Depression: "The Violet channel is connected to the Pineal Gland which produces the serotonin derivative melatonin. Melatonin is the hormone that makes us feel sleepy and regulates our sleep patterns. Depressed people often feel sleepy during normal wake times, thus unmotivated to act and crawl out of depression. Essentially they are producing too much melatonin, they are feeding the Violet channel/chakra too much negative energy, thus producing too much melatonin. Melatonin is used to treat seasonal mood disorders such as depression. By feeding the Violet Channel positive energy one will theoretically decrease the production of melatonin, feel more energetic/less depressed and regulate their sleep patterns."

Grief: "The 7th chakra is the “crown” chakra; it is where we receive universal energy. Death can have a profound effect on our spirituality. Many feel that the death of a loved one is an indication that God doesn’t care. The key to this chakra is prayer and meditation. It is within the 7th chakra that we are able to live grace-filled lives. We walk through difficult chapters, not by denying the sadness or pain, but in spite of it. It is not so much that the 7th chakra energy is damaged by grief, but rather that, in the face of grief, we become acutely aware of meaning and purpose in life and the superficial relationship we may have with our faith. Many struggle with God and their spirituality after a loss, and those emotions should be processed, not shunned. However, for many who face extreme grief, if they can experience each associated emotion in a mindful manner, they will find that their grief transforms them and that they have a greater understanding of their life’s purpose. Their post-grief relationship with the divine becomes more authentic after processing the emotions. They are able to find meaning and greater compassion through their suffering and can actually express gratitude for the experience."

Brow - Indigo -
x
Grief: The 6th chakra is the 3rd eye. It is the chakra of “intuition.” It is with the 3rd eye that one can begin to experience a sense of peace even if their grieving is not complete. The 6th chakra is the center of wisdom, the place where knowledge and experience accumulate. Wisdom is not emotional. Emotions related to experience are processed in lower chakras. It is within the 6th chakra where we can tune the intuitive skills required to process messages and signs from the deceased. But in order to do so, we must first examine our belief systems and, at times, challenge some of our existing beliefs, or at least be willing to expand our understanding beyond our personal experiences. This does not mean to discard existing beliefs, rather it requires self-examination and recognition of old habits and fear-based thought systems that are no longer serving you. This type of introspection does not require the bereaved to convert to an eastern religion or to change their diet. It merely requires an honest assessment of what one believes and why."
http://spiritsciencehealing.com/heealing-grief-chakras/

Throat - Blue -
x
Grief: "The 5th chakra is the “throat” or “communication” chakra and is the chakra of self-expression. After a loss, the 5th chakra’s energy can be compromised by not expressing our feelings and desires. The grieving often don’t know what their personal truth is and expect others to anticipate their mood and desires. Expressing gratitude for the departed and others in our lives removes us from the trap of becoming a victim of our loss. Reacting to the loss in terms of being a victim does not come from a place of truth, and while it may garner sympathy or attention, it will not foster healing. Gratitude does not mean you are glad the person is dead, but rather that you are grateful for the person’s influence on your life and for the opportunities for growth and grace presented by their loss. The wellness of the 5th chakra can be measured by the honesty of a person’s verbal, written, and emotional expressions. Each expression is an affirmation and either an opportunity to commit to change or to stay stuck in grief. This does not mean that the bereaved should not express sadness. Sadness is a real and appropriate emotion in the face of loss. Holding on to our sadness, being strong for appearance sake or, as I like to call it, “the Jackie Kennedy syndrome,” is not truthful and, therefore, does not support the health of the 5th chakra. Sometimes the bereaved do not even check to see how they feel, they just react like they did the day before. Healing is subtle; it is important for the bereaved to check and express their progress no matter how small. In the words of noted author and spiritual teacher, Iyanla Vanzant: “When you stand and share your story in an empowering way your story will heal you and your story will heal someone else.”

Heart - Green - Depression, Anxiety, Fear, Grief

Fear: "Many people develop physical conditions related to the heart and chest areas, the heart chakra, which is linked with lack of love. Fear and one's inability to affect needed change, are generally the cause of heart attacks, breast cancer, bronchial problems, all things related to the emotional heart and its inability to feel loved."
http://www.crystalinks.com/panicdisorder.html

Grief: "The 4th chakra is the “heart” or “love” chakra. The 4th chakra’s energy can become blocked by anger and resentments. Unless these emotions are processed honestly, the result is bitterness and an inability to experience or give love. The key to opening one’s 4th chakra is forgiveness. Forgiveness is different than pardoning someone, overlooking something, or repenting. It is a change of heart that sets the stage for healing. Grief is caused by love and is healed by love. However, in order to experience love, the bereaved must be able to separate their pain associated with their love of the deceased from their more basic survival fears and emotions."
http://spiritsciencehealing.com/heealing-grief-chakras/

Solar Plexus - Yellow - Anger, Panic

Anger: "The Solar Plexus Chakra often deals with raw emotions, like anger, frustration, and intuition or gut feelings. Being extremely sensitive, particularly to the emotions of others any blockages here can easily create uncontrolled emotions, tenseness, hostility, rage and severe stomach problems. Located between the sternum bone and the belly, it governs the will, the mind, emotions, stomach, and upper digestive tract, assimilation of nutrients, psychic experiences, rational left brain) thoughts, ego, vital energies, control, accomplishments, and the freedom to be yourself. Organization is important to this chakra that likes everything orderly and disciplined. It is the center of self esteem, power, directed will and it radiates expansiveness, warmth & joy. It quickly takes issue when feeling threatened and this can cause an even greater bridge to have to span when treating problems."
http://www.angelfire.com/de2/newconcepts/wicca/sp.html

Panic: "Insecurity and panic attacks are caused by a blocked or non functioning power chakra. Someone who is having a panic attack, usually cannot take a full, deep breath. It feels like there is a tight band, like a corset around the bottom of the ribs. This is tension of a closed power chakra.

Feed the power chakra by breathing. Deep slow belly breaths that go right into the Earth and make you more firmly centered in yourself. Most people do not breathe properly, the breath is shallow, only the top of the chest moves. The most efficient alveioli are in the bottom of the lungs, and shallow chest breathing means the air in the bottom of the lungs gets stale. Cheast breathing means not getting enough oxygen and prana... no wonder you feel tired, cranky or weak!"
http://kundalini-teacher.com/chakras/power.php

Grief: "The 3rd chakra is the “self” or “solar plexus” chakra. It is the chakra where each of us defines our core self. Many of us define ourselves in terms of our relationships. This means we are not just mourning the loss of a person, we are also mourning our lost role in our relationship with the deceased. The words mother, father, child, husband, and wife are each associated with powerful archetypes. Contrast that to a word like “widow.” While it is natural in the very early stages of loss to define one’s self in terms of the loss, if it is clung onto for too long, the bereaved’s sense of self can become one of a useless victim or a failure. After a loss, it is important to take inventory with respect to one’s purpose and goals. This may be as simple as remembering what one likes to eat or watch on TV."
http://spiritsciencehealing.com/heealing-grief-chakras/

Sacral - Orange -

Depression: "The Orange channel is connected to the Gonad Gland which is responsible in part for helping produce the hormones that regulate emotion and energy; testosterone and estrogen etc.. A depressed person naturally is in the low spectrum of mood and has a difficult time climbing out of depression. By feeding the orange channel positive energy, one can learn to produce the hormones necessary for us to climb out of the depressed mood spectrum and into the high end, happy mood spectrum."
http://howtodealwithdepression1.blogspot.com/2013/08/chakra-energy-to-deal-with-and-heal.html

Grief: "The 2nd chakra is the “sacral” or “partnership” chakra. This is the chakra where we process our relationships. Death represents a change in a relationship, not the end of a relationship. It is through the energy of the 2nd chakra that grief can become an unhealthy bond to the deceased. Since blame and guilt are housed in this chakra, it is very important for the bereaved to process the emotions related to their relationship with the deceased and redefine their relationship. When someone dies, there is generally unfinished business between the bereaved and the deceased that requires healing. Whether healing takes place via prayer, journaling, or by consulting a medium depends on the individual, but it is essential that the relationship with the deceased be clarified and redefined early in the grief process."
http://spiritsciencehealing.com/heealing-grief-chakras/

Root - Red -Depression and Anxiety

Depression: "The Red channel is connected to the Adrenal Gland which is responsible for producing adrenaline. As you know, people who are depressed lack adrenaline, motivation. If we can find ways to tap into the Red channel and thus the adrenal gland, you can learn to create the adrenaline necessary to produce the motivation needed to combat depression."
http://howtodealwithdepression1.blogspot.com/2013/08/chakra-energy-to-deal-with-and-heal.html
  •  "walk, especially walk barefoot in nature mindfully
  • eat healthy food, especially root vegetables or healthy "comfort food"
  • create healthy order or structure in your life or home, such as creating a filing system or putting up shelves in the garage or basement
  • repeat affirmations such as: "I am safe." " The universe is a good place." "Everything is going to work out just fine." "The universe provides for me abundantly." "All is well and I can let down my guard and rest."
  • surround yourself with pleasing, earthy smells, such as essential oils of cedar, clove, or patchouli."
http://www.the-energy-healing-site.com/root-chakra.html

Grief: "The 1st chakra is the “root” or “tribal” chakra. It houses our survival instinct. The death of someone we love is a major disruption to our family unit or tribe and literally threatens our survival. Historically, death and funeral rites or rituals would provide comfort to the bereaved, however, cultural changes have eroded many of these traditional sources of support, leaving us very vulnerable in times of loss. The energy of the 1st chakra can be strengthened through a renewal of traditions and exploration of our ancestors. This could mean reflecting on family traditions or religious beliefs, even if they are no longer a part of your belief system. Also, recognizing death as a universal experience is a powerful tool in shoring up the 1st chakra and making the grief experience less isolating."

Cayce on Gemstones

"The Vibrational Energy of Gemstones
Cayce wrote about the ways in which gemstones enhance the vibrational energies of their wearers by interacting with the vibrational patterns naturally found in the human body. The stones draw in and give off positive energy.
Here are some of the various gemstones and their properties, according to the teachings of Edgar Cayce:
  • Lapis Lazuli and azurite arouse great passions, and enhances the body's ability to allow emotional energy to flow through the body and activate the influences of the spiritual self. The green aspect of lapis lazuli also relates to creativity and healing.
  • Pearl can be used for protective purposes. Because it is the result of difficulties and irritations, it fosters the ability to build resistance to life's problems. The influence of water and the vibrations of the sea also lend the pearl a healing and creative aspect. It is often even more effective when combined with jade, especially in regard to the power to change the wearer's mood.
  • Jade and pearl combined can powerfully promote calmness and a sense of peace and tranquility.
  • Rose or pink coral has the ability to tranform disturbing thoughts or emotions and thus has a calming effect. The rose tint and water aspect combine to produce a sense of inner quiet and resistance to turmoil.
  • The Ruby and Bloodstone have powerful vibratory forces that can enhance constructive creativity in the wearer. Electrical forces emanate from the copper base and the purity of the higher vibration.
  • Bloodstone is particularly effective for quelling anger and bringing harmony to the wearer. Ruby and bloodstone can also impart strength and courage.
  • The Opal is known for its ability to foster intensity and passion.
  • The Fire Opal especially encourages understanding and purification, leading to the unity of the mental and spiritual selves. Opals, because of their fiery nature, should not be worn by those who have aura colors that correspond to fire signs.
  • The Amethyst can induce visions and channel healing power. Amethyst enhances meditation and helps to control a fiery temper.
  • The Moonstone imparts strength and also enables the wearer to keep what is important to them even closer, as part of his or her mental and spiritual consciousness. Moonstone helps the wearer to achieve peace and harmony and to enhance the wearer's spiritual tendencies.
  • Topaz is valued for its beauty, purity, and clarity, and serves to enhance the strength of the wearer.
  • Edgar Cayce predicted that a "blue stone" with extraordinary healing attributes would be found on "an island in the Caribbean" where he believed part of Atlantis could be found. In 1974 a volcanic blue pectolite named Larimar was discovered in the Dominican Republic.
  • Larimar is also called the Atlantis Stone. Many believe that the colors of Larimar also represent a connection to Atlantis, and use this stone as as an important tool in their healing work."

  • 9/5, 10:10am

I asked what the deal is between you and her. Card 1 is her, Card 3 is you, and Card 3 is what brings you together, the "why". And Card 4 is the Special Message....
Edit - Card 2 what brings you together... Sorry on my phone about to get on the comp.
    Ok now on the PC!!
    Card 1 - Her
  • 9/5, 10:13am
  • 9/5, 10:15am

"When the Seven of Swords appears reversed in a reading it may be indicating that during a struggle you chose to relax or ignore something at the wrong time, and this results in the other party taking advantage, leaving you confused, deflated and defeated. There may also be a feeling of being blocked into a difficult set of circumstances."
  • 9/5, 10:16am

Oooh interesting, this card reversed also warns against False Pride. I'd say this applies to her, personally while the more general description pertains to your situation with her.
This card can also indicate dishonesty, cheating or lying.
"Honesty is the huge theme with the Seven of Swords reversed. Where have you been dishonest in your life? What lies do you tell yourself? In what areas of your life do you perpetually live in denial? Do you present yourself to others authentically?"
Ok so Card 3 is you.... The High Priestess!!! I nearly fell over when I turned this card over.
  • 9/5, 10:19am
  • 9/5, 10:21am

"The high priestess is the ultimate symbol of balance and manifestation. If you receive the High Priestess in your reading then the time has come for you to understand the balance necessary to get what you want out of life. She is the mystery of the mother, of the moon and of life. The High Priestess is a guiding card, telling you that right now you are on a path of enlightenment. It can represent multiple aspects of your life showing a true understanding of your own wants and needs. Now is the time to follow on your instincts and trust that internal feeling. You know you better than anyone else and that means that you also know what is best for you. It is okay to seek counsel or advice from others but make sure that their wants for you are not overshadowing what your own heart tells you."

  • 9/5, 10:23am

There is a strong maternal feel with this card, hence the connection of this lesson to the one with your own mother. Also a call to remember the Universal Mother, this will help prevent the constant appearance of fractal "mother situations".
You have what you need within you, stop looking for external validation.
Ok Card 2, What brings you together.....
    Queen of Cups Reversed.
  • 9/5, 10:24am
  • 9/5, 10:25am

    Whoa:
  • 9/5, 10:25am

"The reversed Queen of Cups reminds us to treat ourselves with love and compassion. Regardless of your past or your circumstances, you are worthy of love and respect. However, there may also be a literal woman in your life whose loving energy may have turned to anger. Watch for this, and if possible, help this woman to understand the things that are happening in her life. "
  • 9/5, 10:26am

"Spirituality: When you pull the reversed Queen of Cups in this context, you may be hungry for immediate spiritual experiences and growth. This card reminds you that, again, good things take time, and that part of being loving is to be patient. Be open to - and proactive about - growth but don't be in a hurry. "
  • 9/5, 10:28am

So this tells me your work together has to do with boundaries and self-control issues. While learning Unconditional Love.
  • 9/5, 10:30am

There is also a warning here not to get emotionally over-invested in the process, there has to be balance, also I see this as when you deal with an unbalanced person, we sometimes can start to follow their patterns unconsciously. We need to remain our own self, again - boundaries. Not getting sucked into an emotional storm while remaining loving. It's a big lesson. A very fraught one....
  • 9/5, 10:31am

So what is the Special Message in all of this?
    The World.
  • 9/5, 10:31am
  • 9/5, 10:32am

"Life is a continuous process of "becoming". You are free to go in any direction - live your dream and you will be triumphant in any undertaking. You are free to choose your own path at last, for you have learned your lessons well. Vibrations are good for any changes you wish to make. You can accept new responsibilities and make others happy too, for you have gained insight, have applied yourself well and it is now within your power to make important decisions - others will rely on you. Never forget what it took to get you here - your consciousness is now ready to reach a higher level."

Reading

I asked what you need to know about this situation and how you can help resolve it.

Ace of Cups

Whoa check out the books interpretation:
This situation started with the rose initiation - the White Rose/Sabina 8 of Pentacles

Apprenticeship!!!!!! Wow!!! She is still in the spiritual apprentice stage.
Seeds may be sown but will only grow if the work is done.
she needs to submit to someone, other than Sean

Some one giving you a message isnt you doing the work, right? There is no effort in this kind of situation as it stands now but that's what's needed. Death

death is wearing purple Jane Leu Rekas 7:53am Jane Leu Rekas That is who knocked Sabina down I wnder I like the death card Druyan Sagan 7:53am Druyan Sagan Not violet
Purple is my color oh what are you thinking?
 But deep purple
I see this as you being the one to instigate transformation. Your color may deepen. This is a royal hue. Oh shit the deck book says this represents divine intervention
After her session, I did a pleiadian meditation briefly and I think I realized that she isn't recognizing hierarchy, but I think it means she needs to recognize being an apprentice and I will ask Michael to help me

You will soon be separated from this situation in a way you can't anticipate nor plan. "Moving on"
9 of Swords Reversed

Cord cutting. Call on Archangel Michael. Release from suffering.... Help is on its way.... This card can also indicate a change of paths. I'm very intrigued to see how this all plays out. I would just take any future information from Sabina with a grain of salt. She is initiating people in a careless manner that has real effects. My 2 cents.

"People who are professional helpers, such as teachers, counselors, and healers, often have a lot of cords attached to their students and patients. So it’s important to cut cords after every session of helping someone, or whenever you feel physical pain or lethargy without any apparent reason. Cords can grow back if the relationship resumes with fear mingled in it."
Whoa!!!!!!! Doreen Virtue

Back of the deck. Follow your instincts. Those around you may be close but ultimately you are central to you.

Greg's Regression to Atlantis

Shanna healing a grey alien

Greg's Atlantis memories through regression:

Greg was outside, during the day.  He described it as being beautiful, almost like crystal buildings, almost surreal, almost like the Wizard of Oz.  His skin was light, he was wearing sandals, and his hands were female (and he was female).  He was wearing a white dress, like a toga.  He was 34 and his name was Shanna.

Greg as Shanna, then saw a big, beautiful tree, with roots outside of the ground, but so wide it would never fall over, and it was the kind of tree you'd like to sit under, so she did.  She began watching people walk around, near a park.  They wore almost white togas, with little gold belts.

Shanna was a librarian.  They have everything in the world ever published.  People come in to check out all kinds of interesting books.  There's books on the future.

Then it became night time and she went home.  It looked like a walk up in NYC with steps of brick outside.  She lived with her husband, but he looked like Ben Franklin, which made Greg chuckle.

When taken to age 5, he saw his mother.  She was cleaning up after dinner.  It looked like the house he actually grew up in, so it's possible he went to age 5 in his own life.  He felt the mother's love.  He then said "it's the same person. My mom in both places (Atlantis and this life)." Shanna was born in Atlantis.

Next significant event, Shanna was 16 and learning how to heal with hands on healing and her hands were glowing.  (Greg has learned to do Healing Touch in this life, which is like Reiki).  A woman with dark hair was teaching Shanna like an apprenticeship. Then a client appeared and looked like an alien.  Short body, pretty big head, grey.  Aliens come to Atlantis for healing. Shanna was working on his feet, which were more webbed.  Then she worked on his head, which was glowing.  He's got no hair.

Then Shanna was somewhere cooking, braising lamb, in a big pot. (Greg is a chef).  She was cooking for a festival or banquet.  She felt happy.  Then she was looking at the water at the beach after the festival.  She was sitting on a bench.

When asked if there was a spirit guide or religious leader, another alien came as a picture.  It looked more like yoda, the little guy from Star Wars, or like a hobbit.  It was named Betorr and was confirmed to be a guide. When asked about how Greg gets ringing in his ears, he said it was happening now, and confirmed it was a download.  He saw rays of light going into himself.  "Slowly he's opening."  "He still hasn't gotten the 'you know' part.  'You know' what I'm supposed to do. He needs to exercise, eat better, live without fear."  And then he woke up.
