You may want to burn Sage around your home, office or
both and meditate on allowing negative energies to release while you are burning
the Sage. After you burn the Sage and meditate, I would probably take a shower
and cleanse your aura again since water is a natural cleanser. Once you have
done that, light a white candle and a black candle, picture your body being
showered in white light.
